Job Description
We are looking for Training Professionals to enhance the competencies of students by designing and conducting training programs that will boost their confidence and help them in their growth. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. Thus a highly self-motivated and person with a flair for training will be best suited for the job who believes in imparting quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom participants and help them in applying key principles in their life
- Build annual training program and prepare session plans
- Training students on Soft Skills and as need be.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Deliver Pre-defined courses and enhance them.
- Interpersonal & motivational skills
- Assess training effectiveness if needed organize refreshers.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and are updated.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in student development
- Guiding students on High energy level and ability to engage with students and establish quick connects.

- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
- Expert in MS Office
- Possess very good communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Self-Motivated and Team Player
- Experience of classroom teaching/training will be an added advantage
